Founded in Canton, Ohio by Attorney Michael Sand. Mike and his team has continued to provide personalized service by building strong, long lasting relationships.

Over the past 25 years Sand & Sebolt has grown from a 2 person law firm to now in 2009 having 16 full-time attorneys and staff. Our attorneys in combination have over 92 years of experience in intellectual property law.

As growth continues at Sand & Sebolt, in 2008 we hired two full time attorneys and support staff to accommodate both our domestic and international clients. We continually strive for growth and have successfully achieved business growth at a rate of approximately 15% per year.

We represent thousands of companies from around the world. Our client base is 70% domestic companies and 30% of our companies are over seas.
