Laura joined Sand & Sebolt in 1998. Laura concentrates in trademark and copyright law including disputes and litigation. Laura’s primary focus includes arguing cases before trademark examiners and judges, drafting written motions needed to effectively move a case through the court system, negotiating with opposing counsel and charting strategies for resolving disputes.

In addition, Laura prepares and reviews intellectual property license agreements and non-compete agreements on behalf of our clients.
