A member of the firm in the Litigation Section. Katz, Teller, Brant & Hild specializes in commercial and employment litigation representing management. During tenure with the firm, have represented numerous professional businesses in all forms of commercial litigation, including trademark, copyright, intellectual property, eminent domain, tax valuation and dissolution of partnership.

1991 – 1995 Chief Trial Counsel, Office of the City Solicitor, City of Cincinnati
Supervisor for seven attorneys assigned to civil litigation including assigning cases, coordinating staff support, training junior attorneys and guiding completion of trials and administrative hearings. Trial counsel for the City in major litigation involving eminent domain, constitutional issues, employment discrimination and breach of contract. Was responsible for the acquisition of property for two largest downtown developments, Arts Center and Fountain Square West. Continually consulted by attorneys in the Solicitor’s Office concerning antitrust issues.

1982 – 1991 Assistant City Solicitor, Office of the City Solicitor, City of Cincinnati.
Assigned to Trial Section within the Civil Division. Trial counsel for the City in complex litigation involving eminent domain for major urban renewal project, Riverfront Stadium leases and operations, purchase and installation of computer system for wastewater treatment plant, constitutional challenges to police power ordinances.
