Joe joined Sand & Sebolt in 1991, became a partner in 1997 and owner of Sand & Sebolt in 1997. Joe’s experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, licensing, protection of trade secrets and other business contracts all lend to the success of Sand & Sebolt. Joe specializes in the thorough investigation of his client’s industry to lend in the best possible prosecution each business adventure.

His practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the United States as well as and all other industrialized countries and under the Patent Cooperation Treaty and European Patent Convention.

Joe represents a wide range of major corporations in the tire and rubber industry, machine tool, chemical and power generating industries, including the second largest power generator in the United States.
